Message	I don't have numbers to reference, but can only point out that there must be a reason why insurance companies charge megabuck premiums for 16-year-olds driving sports cars. -John P : thats just like saying all adults drive well : but if thats the case, then why did some 45 yr old man hit my car in the rain and then drive off?
